Carib Asphalt Pavers Limited (CAPL) is a Civil Works Contracting Firm with over 30 years of experience in construction, providing full-service ground construction works. Established in 1981, the company, currently located in South Oropouche, Trinidad, believes in continuous growth and progress by investing steadily in its assets. Starting as a subcontractor and supplier of hot and cold mix asphalt, CAPL has become a principal contractor with experience in well over 750 projects. Clients have been private individuals and companies, but the majority of our projects have been with the Government of Trinidad and Tobago through various government agencies.
